First Edition Identifiers
This title first appeared commercially in print as a large pamphlet published by “House of Greystoke” in 1966. In the summer of 2000 Amereon House published the first hardback edition ever of this title. Unusual for a recent printing is that it lacks a publishing date. There were two separate printings of 80 copies each for a total of 160 copies.
The book was issued without a dust jacket though Bruce Wood designed one and made it available for purchase when the book was published. There are no interior illustrations.
