First Edition Identifiers
This title was only printed once by Burroughs, Inc., which was on Feb. 15, 1938. It has the standard blue cloth boards and red lettering on the front cover and spine. The words “First Edition” appear on the copyright page. Along the top edge of the pages a red stain has been applied. The dust jacket and five interior illustrations are by John Coleman Burroughs. There was both a laminated and unlaminated state of the dust jacket.
