First Edition Identifiers
Has “Grant” on the spine. This book was printed in 1999 and states “First Edition” on the copyright page. There is a deluxe edition and a trade edition. The deluxe edition was limited to 750 numbered copies and is signed by Danton Burroughs, grandson of Edgar Rice Burroughs. It also includes signatures from Henry H. Heins and Ned Dameron and has a protective cardboard slipcase. Both editions use the same illustrated dust jacket.
