First Edition Identifiers
This book was published in 1999 by Donald M. Grant Publisher, Inc. Both a deluxe edition and trade edition were printed at the same time and both state “First Edition” on the copyright page. The deluxe edition has black with gold lettering and the trade edition is light blue with black lettering. The deluxe edition was limited to 750 numbered copies and is signed by Danton Burroughs, grandson of Edgar Rice Burroughs. Ned Dameron illustrated the dust jacket and five interior illustrations which are the same for both books.
