This book was published by A.C. McClurg & Co. on Sep. 28, 1918 and reprinted again in the following year. The boards are maroon in color and lettering is black. The reprint is identical to the first printing other than the date “1919” is printed on the title page. The dust jacket and frontispiece use the same illustration by Frank E. Schoonover. Between the first and second printing there was a total of 10,000 copies.
