There were only 10,000 copies of this first edition printed. There exists a "mixed edition" which has A.C. McClurg on the title page, but Grosset & Dunlap is found on the spine. The mixed edition book has an orange cloth cover. The only illustration is the frontispiece by J. Allen St. John. |
